In the front parlor, take a moment to admire the ceiling, restored in 2004. The original painting and ornamental cast plasterwork were only partially preserved, but today appear complete, thanks to careful digital reconstruction and skilled craftsmanship. The room also features original stained glass above the windows.
The parlor displays most of the permanent collection of time recording clocks produced and sold first by the Bundy Manufacturing Company and later the International Time Recording Company. Harlow’s brother, Willard Legrand Bundy, designed and patented the time recorders manufactured by the company from 1889 through 1902.
